“What I enjoy most about my job as a Project and Development Director is the process of bringing old, neglected homes back to life. I love the transformation—taking something that’s broken or outdated and turning it into something beautiful, functional, and full of potential again. It’s incredibly rewarding to oversee a project from start to finish and know that my work directly improves neighborhoods and adds real value.
When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me in the garden or tending to our mini farm—it’s my way of slowing down and staying connected to nature. I also love spending time with my fiancé, traveling when we can, and diving into creative DIY projects around the house. Whether I’m building something, planting something, or exploring a new place, I’m happiest when I’m creating and discovering.”
